Yay!!!

Great quality and holds firmly. It took me a munite to understand how to put it on when first opening it but there are clear directions with it. The curve of this really aligns with the way you would relax your hand making this extremely comfortable to wear. It has a bit of weight to it but not so much that it would be an issue. The size fits my hand perfectly. I wish I had discovered this prior to my wrist surgery as this would have been perfect during the healing process. You can adjust each strap for the best fit and tightness for you and what is most comfortable for you.

This resting hand splint is well designed and works! The structure is slightly flexible so you can put it in the resting position you want then put your hand in it afterwards. It is sturdy, yet comfortable enough and lightweight. It also has adjustable straps to fit different size hands. The size seems to run correctly- I usually wear a medium size glove and I got the S/M size, which fits me well. I don’t think it would be super comfortable to sleep in (if you have to sleep in it), but it gets the job done if you need a splint to prevent you from using your fingers or hand (after a surgery or injury).

I’ve been using this splint for several nights now as I sleep. The splint is built well and strong. It took some getting used to at first, but it’s not annoying, just a weird feeling. The splint splays my thumb out better and allows the joint and hand to stay in that position due to the metal insert inside the splint. I bent this aluminum bar a bit to where it feels comfortable and I like that this option exists. I do feel an improvement over the past week and plan to continue using this nightly with the hopes of increased hand comfort and less aching.

With arthritis in my hand and especially my thumb joint, I literally just got 2 cortisone shots in one thumb on my right hand. While the shots took a couple of days to feel like they made a difference, they aren’t a miracle fix and this FEATOL small/med right hand splint has been my other ticket to less pain & discomfort. I can't splay my hand accurately and my strength has diminished so I'm on a crusade to help turn this around.

This resting hand splint is comfortable to wear, it fits my small hands well, and it stabilizes my thumb and my wrist so both relax more. I’m grateful to see some improved results using this splint. I recommend it if you experience similar hand/finger/wrist problems that need support while you sleep.

I had never seen a brace that includes support for your hand like this, and I was intrigued to try it. I often get pain in my wrist area, not as severe as carpal tunnel, but still bad. I've used wrist braces before, but this is completely new to me. When I saw all the straps, I thought it would be complicated to use, but it's quite easy, even if you have to put it on yourself.

It's not too big on my hand, which I was worried about because my hand is so small, basically a kid's size. But it still works great on my small hand. It is very comfortable and supports my hand well. I'm able to use it for hours at a time, even when sleeping. I move around a lot at night and thought this might not work with all the shifting, but it does! No discomfort at all.

I'm so glad that I ordered this because it's a great value for the money and I will get plenty of use out of it.

At first glance I thought it was going to be too small for my hand, but it wasn't. Dumb me decided to put my hand in my sink to grab a cup, only to slice my index finger with a Cutco bread knife. Had to get stitches, and now I need to heal from the muscle and tendon damage. Sadly, my index finger still hurts, and for some odd reason so does my thumb. Almost like I sliced my thumb instead. All I got was basically a bandaid. So, when I saw this I immediately got it, to know only keep my from sleeping on my hand at night and the wound opening back up, but to support my muscles around my thumb, and support my index finger. It does feel super comfortable and provides support. Allows me to not sleep on my side or on my hands. I usually clinch my hands when I sleep, but this keeps it open all night with no discomfort. It is pretty easy to put on, and take off by yourself. It definitely keeps my thumb secure and all other fingers from moving. Thankfully, I don't have to wake up with swollen fingers. Perfect at night, or even through the day when I am fully relaxing. This makes a perfect splint for several needs or to help with healing.

This hand splint is made extremely well. The velcro straps hold very strongly keeping it where you place them. I like how the straps are numbered so you know the order of how you should attach them. The material is soft and it has some padding to it. There is a zipper that you can open to remove the internal metal support. The zipper opens and closes easily without issues. The brace provides me stability and gives my hand some relief. Overall it is made really well, provides support, and gives me some comfort. I recommend this brace.

I got this FEATOL Resting Hand Splint with Thumb Support for Men and Women, Adjustable Night Hand Brace Splint to use when I have pain in my right hand. It comes with an instruction booklet.

The instructions say to hand wash the splint in cold water and hang to dry, but to remove the metal frame, first. The frame is supposed to be removable but it is in the splint very tightly and hard to remove. I was not able to remove it and did not want to irritate my hands by trying for too long.

Each strap is numbered so you know the order in which to attach them. The splint is easy to put on and the Velcro is strong and holds well. The splint is comfortable and provides good support. I got the Large/X-Large and it is plenty big for me. My thumb is just long enough for the thumb strap to hold it in.

I could not find any advice on how long you can wear the splint. As sturdy as it is, you can’t use your hand for anything else when wearing it, so it works best to use it when sleeping. However, I get up several times in the night so I only ended up wearing it for about 2 hours. So far that has been enough to help with the pain, especially since my pain is the worst in the evenings.

**Background:** My wife has carpal tunnel syndrome and sleeps with a brace pretty much every night. She's always looking for different options and is eager to try something new.

**Build Quality:** This is a well-designed brace. The straps are comfortable yet supportive. The materials seem premium. The palm area has a breathable foam that's particularly beneficial on warm nights. The frame itself is bendable, so you can adjust it to your hand's shape. The materials are soft and comfortable, and there are no scratchy edges or loose threads.
**Function:** I ordered the medium-small for my wife, and she typically wears a small glove. The sizing seemed appropriate. She really likes the open design. It's very breathable and comfortable at night. It's a little on the bulky side, but that also means it's supportive and protective. It's also extremely adjustable, with straps that contact five parts of your hand, and you can adjust the tension at those various touch points. The frame's adjustability is also great, so you can get the hand positioned just right for your hand. The adjustability is also very easy because of the open design, which makes it easy to use.
My wife felt it was very supportive. It definitely provided her comfort while sleeping and helped put her hand in a better position, so she woke up with a less sore wrist.

The Featol resting hand splint with thumb support looks complicated but is actually easy to use and comfortable enough to wear all night. The splint has an internal metal bar for stability and is covered in a soft fabric and enough padding that it doesn't feel hard or uncomfortable.

An illustrated instruction booklet shows you the steps to adjust the splint and the adjustable straps are numbered to let you know the best order to adjust them. Once I had it set up, I was able to use it again without going through the entire process.

In terms of sizing, I found it to be true to size based on the sizing instructions. Since it's frequently used during rest, you want to make sure you get the right one for your hand. Most women will probably use the S/M size and most men will need L/XL, but this is definitely not true across the board! Measure your hand to be sure!

I like that the splint is padded and soft, yet also rigid and has multiple adjustment straps to keep my hand in place during sleep. It does a good job of striking a balance between being too easy to slip out of and too hard to comfortably wear during rest. I also like that the metal piece can be removed... this allows better cleaning, which is important for anything worn directly on the skin. It seems like a high quality hand splint that's a good value compared to similar products.

My husband only used it once not sure how well it works

I had a stroke in 2015 and lost the use of my right side. With therapy I've regained some use of my right arm again, but I still have trouble straitening my fingers. I've only been using it for about a week now and it seems to be working. I don't ever expect to get the full use of my hand again but if I continue to use it I think I will continue to improve.

Wonderful brace, love that it’s adjustable aluminum so I can bend it to how my hand needs. Use this for trigger finger predominantly and it’s just wonderful.

GAMECHANGER! I developed De Quervain's tenosynovitis and tried at least a half dozen wrist/hand braces for nighttime wear. This is the only one that actually felt comfortable enough to sleep in, doesn't suffocate my skin, and keeps me from re-injuring my thumb and wrist every night in my sleep. I wish I had found this months ago!
